What do they include?
The most basic workplace training plan ($50/month) covers you for 12 one-hour leadership webinars.
The next step up includes 12 one-hour leadership webinars and up to five wellbeing webinars.
After this, the packages include all of our scheduled training courses and/or our team leader development program.
Not included is social intelligence training and the in-house course A Week in the Life of a Team Leader (unless negotiated).

Training plan subscription FAQ's
What's included in the subscription?
Depending on your tier, you’ll have access to a mix of management, leadership, professional, and personal development training sessions. Higher tiers mean more sessions – right up to unlimited training for your team. The number of sessions is spread across a 12-month period starting from the first working day of the first month.
What’s not included in the subscription?
The following programs are not included in the subscription unless negotiated –
- Social intelligence workshops
- A week in the life of a team leader
- Anything we create especially for you
What happens at the end of 12 months?
We hope that you’ll enjoy our training so much that you will stay with us. You’ll have new leaders and new employees and so your training needs will continue to evolve. Our course offering will grow and flex with new courses added and maybe the removal of less popular courses over time. Course content will also be refreshed, so a leadership webinar held in March 2027 might be quite different to the one held in March 2026.
Why have a subscription model?
Because development works best when it’s consistent. A subscription ensures your people have access to regular, ongoing training and you have predictability and stability around your training costs.
Is this a per-person or per-business subscription?
From Bronze upwards, the subscription is for your entire business. You can provide access to as many or as few team members as you’d like, depending on the amount of training available in your chosen tier. The Lone Ranger and Two’s Company tiers are for one or two people, respectively.
Can I change tiers if my needs change?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your business evolves or your needs change.
Can we book extra training?
Yes! If you think that your training needs will increase, then you can upgrade to a higher tier. Or you can purchase additional courses at a discount.
Where can I find information on all the courses?
All courses and workshops can be found under the “Training Courses” menu on our website. Note that “A Week in the Life of a Team Leader” is customised training and not included in an annual training plan subscription.
What if the leadership webinar times are unsuitable?
Over the year, we deliberately change the day of the week on which the webinars are held, so that everyone has a fair shot of attending them live. We will also have two options of times – usually 9.30am and 12pm. So you can either start your day inspired, or you can ‘lunch and learn’.
Are the webinars recorded?
Wellbeing webinars will not be recorded to protect the privacy of the learners. But we will usually have two date and time options for each one. The leadership webinars will be recorded, with recordings accessible for a short time afterwards. In the future we would like to be able to add these to a learning platform as an added feature for your subscription.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, we understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel or take a break from your plan. If you have used more than what your plan allows, we will advise you of anything extra that you need to pay to close out your plan.
Who is the training for?
Our training is designed for people managers, emerging leaders, and anyone in your team who would benefit from professional or personal development.
How is the training delivered?
All our training is delivered as online classrooms. This is how we ensure that our training is accessible to every workplace in Aotearoa New Zealand. There will be learners from all kinds of organisations from across the motu.
Can you bring the training in-house or deliver it exclusively for my organisation?
If we can find a mutually agreeable date outside the scheduled training, then yes we could do that. This might incur an extra cost, depending on what tier you are on.
What if I don’t use all the plan’s entitlements?
We anticipate this is unlikely to happen as we will contact you if you are not using all your subscription plan entitlements. We will encourage you to book some courses to catch up. Or you could consider changing to a lower tier so you’re paying less going forward.
How do I book courses?
We recommend that you have one person in your organisation that co-ordinates bookings for all your staff. We will liaise directly with that person to secure your course registrations. This keeps our administrative burden low so we can also keep our subscription cost as low as possible.
